Who's Who in the organization:

The GPC is governed by a Federal Council, which is elected from and by the national members. It has a head office in Ottawa, staffed by a team of dedicated professionals under the direction of the Executive Director. Head office provides support to EDAs and Green Party election candidates and Members of Parliament (MP) across the country, organizes biennial conventions, supports development of GPC policies and campaign platforms, and maintains the GPC website and other information platforms.

The SGI EDA is governed by an Executive Committee consisting of local volunteers, elected from and by SGI EDA members. It is run by volunteers who provide support to our local candidate and current MP, Elizabeth May, and promote Green initiatives locally. During federal elections this includes setting up and running a campaign office.
