The motions put forward for 2018
are ready to be prioritized.
Now that everyone has had the opportunity to propose a Green Party policy motion for 2018, it is time for the membership to prioritize them. All the motions submitted have been formatted for clarity and reviewed by shadow cabinet for comment. They have been translated into both official languages and can be found here.
If you are a member in good standing, between now and July 20th you have the opportunity to cast your vote to prioritize these motions and select the top 15. These 15 will then move forward for debate and a final online vote by the entire membership in the fall.
Participating in the zoom session is easy. All you need is a camera and microphone on your computer. If you have a relatively new laptop (less than three years old) that hardware will likely already be built in. You can also participate via your tablet, i-phone, i-pad or smart phone.

If you prefer an in person discussion: There will also be a policy potluck on Salt Spring Island, Thursday July 5th at 4:30pm, to discuss the motions to be prioritized.
