Please RSVP for this event is required so we can match drivers and riders. But do it soon as right now we only have 21 seats available.

If you own an electric car and have not yet registered as a driver, please let us know by sending an email to [email protected] so we can add more seats.

Here is how it all works:

We plan to match EV drivers/owners with riders. Each rider will be picked up at their home or location of their choice so no ICE vehicles are used. (Be sure to enter the pickup location as your address when you RSVP.)

Fun details of the event will be provided in a sealed envelope when everyone is in the electric cars! So the event starts when your car is full and you then make your way to Beaver Lake along the route of your choice while fulfilling the requests made in your instructions.

Remember to pack a lunch for the picnic at the Beaver Lake at noon.

Drivers, make sure you are charged and keep track of your range! We don’t want anyone to miss out on the fun.
