"1.5 to stay alive"

The IPCC's October 2018 report showed that a 1.5 degree Celsius increase in
global average temperature will be more dangerous than previously thought,
while an increase of 2.0 degrees or more will result in much worse, potentially catastrophic climate change.

We need to act now

to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by half by 2030,
so as to limit global average temperature increase to 1.5 degrees.
